If you can’t get enough Celts, Heather is hosting a monthly “Conversations with Celts” discussion group on the first Thursday of every month from 6-8 p.m. If you are interested in anything Celtic, you don’t want to miss this!
We were happy to begin hosting events at Shared Spaces: a Durham Collective. The Triangle Area Pagan Alliance Sanctuary is proud to be part of Shared Spaces, which is the home to artists, yoga teachers, massage therapists, and other really cool people. The Sanctuary is our community sacred space, open to the public three days a week. All who practice or have questions about earth-centered/polytheist religions are welcome to use the space for individual devotion and meditation, or to consult with one of TAPA’s attending priestesses. The Sanctuary also hosts events and workshops, and is available for rent to members of the community. TAPA is pleased to be sharing our Sanctuary with the community, and we have a full calendar of events planned!
The Sanctuary is open three days a week. Come to check out the space, to speak to a priestess, to read a book, hang out, study, receive some divination, or use the community altar! The temple is open during the follow times: Monday 2-4 p.m. Wednesday 6-8 p.m. Saturday 10-12 p.m.
Also at the Sanctuary, Heather and Alisa from Bull Moon Hearth are facilitating a monthly study group to go through the book “Twelve Wild Swans” by Starhawk and Hilary Valentine. This will be on the first, second, and fourth Fridays, 8-10pm. Please RSVP to Alisa at [email protected].
In addition to these fun events, Amanda from Gaia’s Circle is hosting Open Dark Moon rituals, being held on the dark moon of every month throughout 2016. These rituals are open to all! Contact [email protected] for more information
And finally, Alisa is hosting a Pagan Ethics Salon on the second Saturday of every month from 1-3 p.m. This will be a read-along group, starting with the Havamal and moving through global source materials. Anyone who is interested in ethics and virtues will love this offering!
More information about the Sanctuary and TAPA events can be found here! Please be sure to check out this blog often, to check out the community events listings, and to check out the Sanctuary events listing! There are always fun things being offered to the Pagan community of the Triangle Area, so you don’t want to miss out!
