Our most recent event was a holiday party where we traded cookies, recipes, laughter, and stories. It was a fun, casual event full of warmth and love, and it was a great way to kick off the winter holiday season. We’ve begun to recognize returning faces and make new friends, building relationships with groups and solitaries throughout the Triangle area.
It wasn’t too long ago that TAPA was just “what ifs?” and imaginings shared over dinner with friends. We held our first brainstorming retreat during the fall of 2013 where we came up with a year plan, five year plan, and ten year plan for our vision for Triangle area Pagans. After that we hosted an area meet-and-greet where we met with different people throughout the Triangle Area to introduce them to TAPA and to check in with them in regards to their own ideas and needs.
Here we are, just a little over a year later, with so many opportunities and blessings, we barely have time to take advantage of them.
TAPA would like to thank our friends and allies – of this world and of others. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Thanks to those who have walked with us from the very beginning, thanks to those who we have met along the way, and a very hearty welcome to those who we have yet to meet.
Our vision of a well-connected Triangle Pagan community is becoming more of a reality with each passing day, and we are ecstatic for the coming events and yet unknown possibilities that await us, all of us, in the new year.
Brightest blessings, Triangle Pagans, a very blessed holiday season, and a happy new year!
