A local oracular group, Hasaeti, was our special guest event in January. We packed the Vision Room of Thaumaturgy 777, and spent a long time snacking and chatting after the ritual. Many omens, fortunes, and oracles were spoken that night, and it was a truly magical experience.
We launched this website about a year ago, 2014. So much has happened since then, it’s hard to remember it all! An Earth Day ritual at the Festival of Legends, 4th of July ritual, World Goddess Day, being quoted in the Wild Hunt, facilitating one of the rituals for Pagan Pride Day, as well as tabling and hosting workshops. We’ve partnered with our friends at Thaumaturgy 777 for workshops, rituals, and parties, and we have a full calendar year planned with all of that… and more!
We have a full calendar of events planned for 2015, with dates and times confirmed for most of them. Please stay tuned here, on our Facebook page, and on WitchVox for more news and more local Pagan activities. As always, please be sure to check our Events page often – we’re always adding more rituals, workshops, and gatherings as we get word of them. If you don’t see your event listed and you’d like it to be listed, please email us! TAPA is all about community – support, education, connections, sharing, participation… and the more we engage with the community and the more the community engages with us, the better.
In the spirit of community, our next event is the “State of the TAPA” meet-and-greet meeting. Last year we hosted “TAPAs with TAPA”, a gathering of groups and solitaries that gave us a chance to check-in with community needs and desires. What are the community strengths and weaknesses, and how are we going to address these? It was a huge event and a huge success, and this year we are excited for another chance to gather with our community! We’re gonna brag about TAPA a bit (because we have a lot to be proud of!) and we’re gonna touch base with area groups to see what we could be doing better.
So, we hope to see you on Sunday, February 22 at 3pm at Thaumaturgy 777. Come with snacks to share, with fliers and business cards, with pen, paper, and most of all, come with your ideas and enthusiasm!
Message us for any questions, and please RSVP if you are able. (That will help us a lot!)
